Stanley Tucci leads a Mona Lisa heist in Amazon's new film Masterplan, but early reviews are lukewarm

The story
Stanley Tucci has a new movie out, and it is a heist. In Masterplan he plays Roger, a smooth British criminal mastermind with a plan he has been working on for ten years: stealing the Mona Lisa from the Louvre.
He pulls in two young thieves to help. Simona Tabasco, known from The White Lotus, plays a hacker named Chiara, and Victor Belmondo, grandson of French film legend Jean Paul Belmondo, plays an explosives expert named Jay. The plan involves drones, gadgets, a lot of double crossing and an old tunnel under the museum.
The film went straight to Prime Video without much of a push from Amazon, and the first reviews are mixed. Critics say there is some fun in the twists and Tucci clearly enjoys the role, but the jokes often fall flat and the story runs long at close to two hours.
It is directed by Thomas Vincent, who worked on Bodyguard. If you want something light for a Sunday night in, it might do the job. Just don't expect to remember much of it a week later.
